People Compliance Intern
Join the Snowflake Early Career Global Programs team for 16 weeks of hands-on experience in talent acquisition and program coordination. Learn program strategies, event management, and employee engagement through formal training, mentor partnerships, and real-world project execution. During your time with the team, you will discover how to coordinate program initiatives for intern and early career programs, support cross-functional collaboration with teams across the organization, and leverage your skills to enhance the candidate experience for students and new graduates joining Snowflake's mission to revolutionize cloud data platforms. Occasional travel to our Menlo Park offices will be required during the program rotation.

The Early Career (EC) Team is responsible for all intern, co-op, and early career hiring throughout the company, in addition to hosting a year round intern program focused on projects, professional development, and social events.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:Support the execution of recruiting programs and initiatives including event coordination, planning, scheduling and communication.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather volunteers and presenters for student engagementsHelp facilitate onboarding and employee engagement activities Support talent outreach efforts and employment branding initiatives Assist with vendor management for recruiting platformsSupport coordination and administration of recruiting conferences. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:Enthusiastic about recruitment and employee engagement. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable for both student and professional interactions.Highly adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).Proactive in identifying and addressing potential logistical or operational issues.Business presence and strong presentation skills. Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing complex event logistics without oversight.
