Recruiting Operations Job Training
Position Overview: X-Bow Systems is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator through the SkillBridge Program. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for talent acquisition and some exposure to recruitment operations. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining efficient workflows in a remote setting.
ABOUT THE JOB
Key Responsibilities:Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.HRIS Support: Assist with updating and maintaining HRIS data related to recruitment and onboarding processes.Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.Data Management: Update and organize recruitment-related data in SharePoint, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the talent acquisition team, including preparing reports and tracking recruitment metrics.Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely support.Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and other recruitment-related documents.Remote Work: Effectively manage tasks and responsibilities in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or a related role.Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience with interview scheduling and coordination.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating a self-starter attitude.Familiarity with SharePoint for data management is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
