11th Judicial Circuit Veterans Treatment Court Illinois Employment
Veterans Treatment Court provides treatment services for Veterans with substance use, mental health, PTSD, TBI or MST. The VA provides all the services, our program coordinates the mentors with the Justice involved veterans. We attend court on Tuesdays. There is a lot of community interaction and networking to help Veterans get the services they need to become a healthy member of society. We prefer an intern that has experience with PTSD, TBI, MST, substance use, mental health or justice involvement.

Future jobs could include probation officers, therapist, court services, veteran services, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate mentors with justice-involved veterans
- Attend court on Tuesdays
- Engage in community interaction and networking to assist veterans
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with PTSD, TBI, MST, substance use, mental health, or justice involvement
