Physicians Mutual is looking for a talented Marketing & Social Media Campaign Coordinator to lead innovative promotional campaigns and enhance our marketing efforts for the Sales Agency Teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns across various channels. This role requires a combination of creativity, project management skills, and strategic thinking to deliver impactful results.What You’ll Do:Lead and Collaborate: Take the reins as a project manager for diverse marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.Support Agency Teams: Providing strategic support to our agency sales management team to manage and grow our social media channels to boost engagement and visibility.Content Creation: Create and capture compelling content for internal and external communication that supports agency teams.Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Collect and analyze data to inform project objectives and optimize agency marketing strategies.Track & Report: Monitor the performance of marketing efforts, including email, social media, and traditional campaigns.Deliver Excellence: Develop and oversee the delivery of high-quality marketing materials and communications.Support Tradeshows: Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of tradeshows to maximize brand exposure and drive engagement.Solve Problems: Find creative solutions that keep projects on track.
ABOUT THE JOB
What You Bring:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Creative Software Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively engage and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.Project Management Proficiency: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Leadership & Initiative: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the confidence to take initiative and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.Excellent Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills.
