Regional Operations Manager
The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key advisor regarding administration and coordination of CISA operations activities. Lead, manage and contribute to the CISA Regional Operations (OPS) core functions. Core OPS functions include analysis, tracking, reporting, serving as an information hub and clearing house, maintaining critical data and information for regional and HQ personnel during steady-state and incident response, and project-based analytical support activities. Serve as the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) and key advisor regarding administration and coordination of CISA operations activities. Lead, manage and contribute to the CISA Regional Operations (OPS) core functions. Core OPS functions include analysis, tracking, reporting, serving as an information hub and clearing house, maintaining critical data and information for regional and HQ personnel during steady-state and incident response, and project-based analytical support activities. As a member of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Regional team, you will gain hands on experience as part of a diverse, talented, and highly motivated group of professionals continuing the CISA mission of securing the nation's critical infrastructure. Students will participate in a 151–180-day program where they will learn and leverage the tools, tactics, and procedures employed by CISA’s Regional Service Delivery Model program.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key advisor regarding administration and coordination of CISA operations activities. Supports the Regional Operations & Integration Chief and regional personnel during planning and execution of incident response, including drills or simulations to ensure effective infrastructure protection execution during a crisis. Lead, manage and contribute to the CISA Regional Operations (OPS) core functions. Core OPS functions include analysis, tracking, reporting, serving as an information hub and clearing house, maintaining critical data and information for regional and HQ personnel during steady-state and incident response, and project-based analytical support activities. Supports the Regional Operations & Integration Chief and Regional Director in determining regional critical infrastructure protection and resilience priorities, goals and strategies to assist field staff in effectively providing infrastructure protection support within the region. Serves as an expert analyst in the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness or the improvement of complex management processes and systems to make the region as effective and efficient as possible.

- Supports the Regional Operations & Integration Chief and regional personnel during planning and execution of incident response, including drills or simulations.
- Serve as an expert analyst in the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness or the improvement of complex management processes and systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in administration and coordination of operations activities.
- Ability to analyze, track, report, and maintain critical data and information.
- Capability to support planning and execution of incident response.
