Indoor Garden Management
This organization's SkillBridge MOU expires June 30, 2025. This program may no longer be active if the organization does not renew.
This program will teach graduates everything they need to know about running and maintaining a successful indoor farm and garden market, based on our unique model at Anchorage Greens. Upon completion of this program, trainees will be qualified to work with us to develop new projects in new markets or manage existing operations in Anchorage or Juneau.
ABOUT THE JOB
Customer service: Assist customers who come into our market to shop or pick up their subscription Greens Bag. Harvest and prepare plants for sale. Cleaning.Gardener: Responsible for seeding, transplanting, and harvesting all plants according to predetermined schedules. Hydroponic system maintenance. Cleaning.Support: Assist in the front of the house with customer service, assist gardener with required garden tasks and maintenance. Cleaning.
RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to perform tasks such as seeding, transplanting, and harvesting.
- Customer service skills.
- Maintenance skills for hydroponic systems.
