Job Title: Business Operations AnalystLocation: Cupertino, CAApple is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join its Information Security organization. This role requires the ability to keep pace with constantly shifting business priorities. The successful candidate will own and drive initiatives including the gathering, analysis and distillation of resourcing requirements, forecasting, manage purchasing, procurement and vendors as well as manage regular executive communications and presentations. The ideal candidate will act as a partner with a large and diverse group of internal and external teams in order to ensure the successful availability and continued evolution of critical services such as budget management and resource allocation. You will not only drive the process by which all of this is done, you will be a key participant in defining and developing processes with an eye toward lowering administrative overhead and increasing efficiency and accuracy.

ABOUT THE JOB

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Key Qualifications:4+ years of experience with annual planning, budgeting, and finance related disciplinesProven ability to build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with with multiple stakeholders across a variety of business unitsAbility to manage multiple tasks, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to a fast-paced environmentHistory of learning the details of how businesses work and utilizing that information to create strategies and solutionsHighly detail oriented and exceptional organization skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills- Working closely with finance, purchasing, asset management, approvers, and vendors to ensure orders move quickly through all phases - Ensuring timely execution of software purchases and renewals - Crafting and handling the annual software budget, leading all aspects of software use and compliance - Overseeing the forecasting process, create new forecasts on a quarterly basis, liaise with Finance and Information Security team members to submit accurate forecasts - Supporting management, partner teams, and Corporate Finance by fielding requests for financial related items on a recurring or ad hoc basis - Working closely with Real Estate to manage construction & maintenance requests for AIS's global office locations - Perform other duties and projects within Information Security to enable effective business performance through strategic, financial and operational efficiencyEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business AdministrationAdditional Requirements- Advanced user of MS Excel with deep understanding of Excel techniques. VBA, Python, SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools a plus - Experience contributing to efforts to improve internal tools and leveraging software to improve efficiency in data management/reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
  • 4+ years of experience with annual planning, budgeting, and finance related disciplines
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across a variety of business units
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • History of learning the details of how businesses work and utilizing that information to create strategies and solutions
  • Highly detail oriented and exceptional organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced user of MS Excel with deep understanding of Excel techniques
  • Experience with VBA, Python, SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools a plus
