QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in setting windows and doors
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organized and dependable
• Experience leading a crew
• Caulking skills
• Interior trim skills
• Ability to climb a ladder carrying a 30-40 pound window
• Valid driver's license
• Good DMV record
