This 25-week DoD SkillBridge opportunity offers transitioning service members hands-on training in real estate sales, property management, and investment strategies. Interns will complete a state-approved real estate pre-licensing course, prepare for the licensing exam, and gain real-world experience in residential and commercial transactions, leasing, property analysis, and portfolio development. The program includes mentorship from industry professionals, capstone projects, and live deal exposure. Upon completion, participants will be equipped to launch careers in real estate, property management, or real estate investing with a strong foundation in both theory and practice.

ABOUT THE JOB

This DoD SkillBridge internship provides transitioning service members with a unique opportunity to launch a civilian career in real estate sales, investment, and property management. Over the course of 25 weeks, interns will complete a state-approved real estate pre-licensing course, gain hands-on experience with real estate transactions, and work directly with licensed professionals to support client services in both residential and commercial real estate.Interns will learn to research properties, schedule showings, assist in deal negotiations, analyze investment opportunities, and support property management operations.
