Essential Functions: Assist in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Monitor production processes and report any issues Participate in quality control checks and inspections Support the implementation of manufacturing best practices Conduct routine safety checks and adhere to safety protocols Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic math and measurement skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills, both verbal and written Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus! QUALIFICATIONS
