ABOUT THE JOB
RailPros is offering a 16-week SkillBridge training program for active-duty service members preparing to transition to civilian life. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn railroad safety rules and on-track protection procedures
- Coordinate job sites, manage radio communication, and utilize PPE
- Properly place signs, derails, and track protection tools
- Use tablets, radios, and standard office software effectively
- Participate in resume building and career coaching sessions
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to travel and work in outdoor environments
- Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and perform physical field tasks
- Military leadership, technical or safety experience, and interest in transportation (preferred)
