Cornerstone Aviation is Utah's premier 141-certificated ground & flight school. Approved applicants will have exposure to the highest standards in flight/ground training, aviation administration/business roles, as well as dispatch services.

ABOUT THE JOB

1.) Applicants pursuing part 141 flight training seeking a private pilot. After which, VA benefits are accepted through our partnered university (Liberty University Online School of Aeronautics). 1a. Pilot internship applicants will work towards their initial licensing (private pilot) during their internship. 1b. Flight students that complete their flight training through their flight instructor rating will then have the opportunity for interview towards a position as one of Cornerstone Aviation's flight instructor cadre. 2.) Aviation administration/business roles. 2a. Applicants will learn and apply the skills necessary for administrative operations within the flight school operation. 2b. Dispatching and fleet management roles are also enveloped within the administrative internship role and training plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pursue part 141 flight training to obtain a private pilot license.
• Work towards initial licensing (private pilot) during the pilot internship.
• Complete flight training through flight instructor rating and potentially interview for a flight instructor position.
• Learn and apply skills necessary for administrative operations within the flight school.
• Engage in dispatching and fleet management roles as part of the administrative internship.

• FAA medical certificate requirements should be considered prior to application.
