Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific Business Financial Manager
This opportunity is in the Logistics and Life Cycle Support Division, Code 431, under the Business and Financial Management competency, Code 40R60. This position requires the performance of a full complement or aspects of budgetary functions and duties; develop spend plan by consulting with decision makers to support project/program schedule and established targets. The incumbent is responsible for performing recurring tasks associated with project initiation and project execution, specifically those tasks required for accepting, assigning, monitoring, analyzing, and controlling funds. Using business information tools, the incumbent extracts data, reviews metrics and generates reports. The incumbent monitors and tracks procurements through completion ensuring financial discrepancies are resolved and that obligations and expenditures are appropriate, accurate, and within the constraints of fiscal law and management controls. The incumbent must ensure that duties performed are in compliance with all applicable statutes, regulations, and policies. All duties are reviewed and approved at a higher level.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to perform budgetary functions and duties.
- Ability to develop spend plans and support project/program schedules.
- Skill in using business information tools for data extraction, metric review, and report generation.
- Experience in monitoring and tracking procurements and resolving financial discrepancies.
- Compliance with all applicable statutes, regulations, and policies.
