ABOUT THE JOB

As Service & Project Coordinator to oversee service requests, manage project workflows, and ensure seamless coordination between teams, vendors, and clients. During this training opportunity you will be exposed a variety of key responsibilities: Manage service requests and work orders, ensuring timely assignment and completion, Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to keep projects on track, Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of service and project tasks, Track and manage work progress, identifying and resolving potential delays or issues, Facilitate scheduling and dispatching of technicians or field service personnel as needed, Monitor inventory and procurement needs, ensuring required parts and materials are ordered and available, Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to service requests, project progress, and operational updates.

RESPONSIBILITIES
