ABOUT THE JOB

Responsibilities: • AI Agent Development & Training: Build and train Video AI agents tailored to customer requirements, using your ability to quickly master new systems and processes. • Customer-Centric Solution Design: Collaborate with customers to understand their operational needs and design AI agents that address specific security, safety, and efficiency challenges. • Implementation Leadership: Lead the end-to-end deployment of AI agents, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance in customer environments. • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver effective AI solutions and incorporate customer feedback. • Technical Communication: Clearly explain AI agent capabilities and deployment plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance AI agent performance and implementation processes, contributing to the evolution of our technology and services.What You’ll Work On First: • Building and training Video AI agents for real-world customer scenarios. • Leading the implementation of AI agents in customer environments, ensuring they address key operational challenges. • Establishing yourself as a subject matter expert in AI agent deployment and training. • Working with cross-functional teams to refine our AI agent development and delivery process. • Making a measurable impact as part of a high-growth, innovative tech company.Ready to use your leadership and training expertise to build the next generation of AI solutions?
