As a Senior Consultant in Credera’s Management Consulting practice, you will tackle clients’ business problems head-on by leading a small workstream or engagement proportional to your leadership and experience level. In this role, you will provide strategic direction to clients, manage project budgets, timelines, issues, and risks, and produce high-quality deliverables. As a leader of small to large client-facing initiatives, you can expect to collaborate with strategy, technology, and design consultants to define, execute, and support key project tasks. You will interface directly with client stakeholders to ensure client needs are met and share recommendations. Additionally, you will support the continuous growth and development of the firm by supporting internal initiatives.

We expect our team members to spend 3 days per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office or at the client site. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in roles emphasizing team leadership, logistics management, strategic planning, or operational oversight.
  • Passion for Program Leadership, Strategy & Operations, Digital (e.g., Marketing Technology, Customer Experience, eCommerce, etc.) and Organizational Change Management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent research, analysis, and quantitative capabilities.
  • Highly detail oriented and organized.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
  • Looking for greater responsibilities and proactively seeking new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Ability to work independently.
