Job Requirements:• Educates interested customers on Company products and offers solutions.• Completes applications for new enrollment and transferred leads.• Handles and places calls from television and mail advertising.• Customer focused to maintain 95% satisfaction rating with no high-pressure sales.• Possesses strong active listening and strong communication skills.• Ability to use PC and telephone technologies.• Ability to perform in a fun and goal-oriented environment.• A State Insurance License is required.
