Cairn Leadership Strategies

This is an internship program covering operations, marketing, sales and leadership development. Participants will have the opportunity to own leadership development events from sale to design and execution. Participants will also be supported in gaining outdoor guiding certifications and experience in multiple environments.

ABOUT THE JOB

Leadership development program design and facilitation. Leadership coaching experience. Outdoor guiding opportunities and training for backpacking, skiing, canoeing, rock climbing, and mountaineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own leadership development events from sale to design and execution
• Leadership development program design and facilitation
• Outdoor guiding opportunities and training

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-10 years of leadership experience
• Leadership degree or academic certificate
• Outdoor guiding or certification (WFR, SPI, AMGA Courses, ACA)

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY

5-10 years or leadership experience. Command is a plus. Leadership degree or academic certificate a plus. Outdoor guiding or certification (WFR, SPI, AMGA Courses, ACA) a plus.
