Participants will be paired with an agent on our team and learn how to run a successful real estate business. Topics include negotiation, client follow up, business administration and financials, advertising, software, and CRM. Participants will gain the knowledge required to become a licensed real estate agent in Virginia.

ABOUT THE JOB

Participants will learn all aspects of real estate and have the opportunity to excel in any position in real estate to include: Real Estate Agent, Transaction Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Director of Operations, Listing Manager.
