The Veracity SkillBridge program will immerse the military member in the Nondestructive Evaluation theory and skills needed to become certified to a nationally recognizable level across numerous methods of inspection.

ABOUT THE JOB

Nondestructive Evaluation, primarily power generation customers, on varied types of gas/steam turbine engines and generators. Methods of inspection include Visual Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Eddy Current Testing, and Remote Visual Inspections.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform Nondestructive Evaluation primarily for power generation customers
• Inspect varied types of gas/steam turbine engines and generators
• Conduct inspections using methods such as Visual Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Eddy Current Testing, and Remote Visual Inspections

QUALIFICATIONS

• Military member participation
• Learn Nondestructive Evaluation theory
• Acquire skills needed to become certified to a nationally recognizable level across numerous methods of inspection
