At the end of Skillbridge program, candidate will be able to work as a full-cycle recruiter including sourcing for passive candidates and how to use an applicant tracking system.Understand how to properly communicate and collaborate with internal team members and Transportation leadership to find the most qualified candidates for the positions.Effectively communicate with candidates the NFI culture and position responsibilities that are being recruited for and how to interview using behavioral interviewing skills.
