Our leadership team is invested in the success of each Regional Owner, so you'll have all the support you need. We’re thrilled to partner with the DoD SkillBridge program. Our 6 month training program is customized for every individual, regardless of industry experience, giving you access to our owners and senior level mentors who will support and guide you every step of the way.A large percentage of training will be conducted at your home base territory. Our 180 day course will prepare you to executive your personalized business plan we develop together. It is our vision to surround you with a supportive and collaborative environment with the highest level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. We will guide you through our proven system and process, giving you the tools needed to be successful. ABOUT THE JOB

As a Design Pro Regional Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of your home remodeling company. Your role involves strategic planning, business development, project management, team leadership, and ensuring the successful execution of residential renovation projects. You will lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality remodeling services, maintain client satisfaction, and drive business growth.

This is a regional ownership opportunity. A buy-in is required to secure your territory, however Design Pro has committed to offering a 30% discount for all SkillBridge applicants.
