Depletion Project Management

In this role, you will train to become a Project Manager by supporting the full lifecycle of ingesting sales (depletion) data from clients, combining operational coordination with client communication and technical insight. You’ll assist in onboarding new clients, setting up data integrations, and validating incoming sales data. Key responsibilities include monitoring data flows, documenting client-specific processes, escalating technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless data transformation. You'll also contribute to project planning and continuously look for ways to streamline workflows and improve data quality.

ABOUT THE JOB

Responsibilities: Assist in onboarding new clients and setting up depletion data integrations Coordinate with clients to receive and validate sales data Monitor daily/weekly data flows and flag issues or anomalies Maintain documentation on client data formats, delivery schedules, and processes Contribute to project planning, road mapping, and resource estimation for data ingestion initiativesWork with internal teams (platform, data, and client success) to ensure smooth ingestion and transformation of data Escalate and follow through on technical issues or delays Learn and support the project management tools and processes used across the team Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data quality Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or currently completing one) in Business, Data, Communications, or a related field Excellent communication and organization skills Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines Attention to detail when working with spreadsheets or data reports Eagerness to learn about data pipelines, ETL processes, and B2B client operations Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, or basic project management tools is a plus Familiarity with Jira or other project tracking systems is a plus Bonus: Familiarity with alcohol beverage industry or distributor data (not required)
