The Senior BP PMO Program Manager will support the deployment of the PTC Windchill PLM system and associated processes across approximately 60 Medtronic Manufacturing Sites and Distribution Centers. This role involves stakeholder engagement, cross-functional alignment, deployment strategy execution, and change management to support the Product DNA initiative within the Medtronic Global Operations and Supply Chain network.
• Develop understanding for how MDT executes program under a Program Mgmt Office (PMO) governance model. o Learn: Engage with the Global Operations and Supply Chain (GOSC) PMO - and review the process and tools used to conduct oversight, mgmt. and governance of the various projects. o Demonstrate: As a member of the Product DNA Ops Deployment team, support development of operating mechanisms that will fit into the GOSC PMO model. o Perform: Establish knowledge and credibility to represent the program at the GOSC PMO Staff Level as a back up for the Director. o Maintain: Continue to develop additional projects and deploy improvements via a continuous improvement philosophy.
• Change management principles (OCM) and techniques specific to organizational transformation.o Learn: Meet and learn about OCM from the Enterprise OCM team. o Demonstrate: Work to support inclusion of the OCM team work into the multiple deployment plans in partnership with the Sr. PM for Ops Deployment.
