ABOUT THE JOB
Job Summary:As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial compressed air systems and pipeline distribution networks. This role requires hands-on technical skills, troubleshooting expertise, and a commitment to safety and customer service.Duties & Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain industrial compressed air machinery and distribution systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failuresConduct preventative maintenance and system inspectionsRespond to service calls in a timely manner and maintain detailed records of work completedEnsure adherence to all safety protocols and proceduresMaintain a clean and organized company vehicleProvide outstanding customer service and technical support
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, repair, and maintain industrial compressed air machinery and distribution systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures
- Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner and maintain detailed records of work completed
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or similar technical military occupational specialties (MOS/MOC)
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment, working on ladders, and performing tasks in various industrial environments
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for service calls
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols
- Comfortable using hand tools, reading schematics, and performing hands-on technical tasks
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in customer-facing scenarios
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY
