Develop knowledge of the business strategy, culture and deliverables. Manage full lifecycle recruiting process from open requisition to offer stage, including, but not limited to sourcing, resume review, prescreening, qualifying top candidates, submitting candidates for review, sending official offers, etc. Gather interview feedback from candidates and interview teams, consult with hiring managers to determine selection process and next steps. Ensure all candidates are communicated with regardless of their status to ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience. Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified candidates. Maintain and update candidate databases and maintain a fluid talent pipeline. Attend job fairs and other community outreach events as requested. Keep abreast of recruitment trends and industry best practices
