Home Inspection - To provide the necessary training, education and experience needed to become a qualified, certified, licensed property inspector who will gain the competency, skillset and confidence to provide residential and commercial inspection services.

ABOUT THE JOB
A home inspector thoroughly examines residential properties, both inside and out, to identify potential defects or issues with major systems like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural components, and exterior features, documenting their findings in a detailed report for potential buyers, ensuring they are aware of any necessary repairs or maintenance needs before purchasing a home
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Thoroughly examines residential properties, both inside and out
- Identifies potential defects or issues with major systems like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural components, and exterior features
- Documents findings in a detailed report for potential buyers
- Ensures potential buyers are aware of any necessary repairs or maintenance needs before purchasing a home
