The Division Administrative Officer plays a central role in supporting the administrative, financial, and personnel operations of the Engineering and Planning Divisions. This position manages and coordinates key organizational functions including budget formulation and execution, manpower and property oversight, personnel and performance management, training, policy implementation, and administrative compliance. The incumbent also serves as the team leader for administrative staff and budget analysts, ensuring seamless support across both divisions.
