Project/Program Manager, seeking junior to mid-level.
A Project/Program Manager plans, executes, and oversees projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources to deliver results on time and within specifications. They coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders and customers, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects meet contractual requirements and quality standards. In defense contracting environments, they often manage government contracts, navigate FAR/DFARS compliance requirements, interface with contracting officers and program offices, and oversee deliverables ranging from hardware production to system integration. They're responsible for earned value management, change order negotiations, and ensuring all contract data requirements and milestones are met while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's preferred.
