ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Aviation Charter Broker to join our growing team. This role is responsible for sourcing, pricing, and selling private aircraft charter solutions while delivering exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and has the ability to manage multiple client requests while building long-term relationships.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Respond to inbound charter inquiries and actively generate new business; Source and secure aircraft that best meet client needs (safety, cost, availability); Build and present accurate, competitive charter quotes; Coordinate trip logistics from initial inquiry through completion; Develop and maintain relationships with clients, operators, and industry partnersEnsure all charters meet safety standards and company compliance requirements; Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

Winyah Air is located at the Georgetown County Airport. Its airport identifier is KGGE. This position can develop into a 100% fully remote position.Normal salary for this position is $50,000 annually, but sales commissions for a full-time charter broker can exceed $300,000 with 2-3 successful years.
