The SkillBridge Intern-Project Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administrative duties for program or group of programs while communicating with internal staff and/or customers regarding milestones, budgets, work-scope and schedules.Responsible for the administrative leadership of a project within the program guidelines set by the Project Manager and customer.
Serving as a primary contact for day-to-day coordination and administrative dutiesServing as primary support of project by facilitating logistics of materials, meetings, presentations, etc.Planning and coordinating all materials needed on projectPlanning and coordinating project scheduling, budgeting and administrative tasksMonitoring project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are being maintained and on scheduleAnalyzing data and making recommendations for review by senior management and customer reviewCreating reports and reporting tools that will provide senior managers and customers a broad prospective of status, updates, needed changes, and up to date status of the projectAssisting in development of presentations for senior management and customer reviewMaking presentations and/or be a partner in customer discussions/negotiationsConducting performance/project analyses to benefit future missions and programsDeveloping new customer contacts and conceptualizing solutions to customer problems that lead to new business for the corporation
