ABOUT THE JOB

A Quality Inspector examines materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. They perform visual inspections, take measurements using precision instruments, document defects or non-conformances, and verify that manufacturing processes comply with quality control procedures. In AS9100-certified defense manufacturing like at Mettle Ops, they play a critical role in ensuring parts meet strict aerospace and defense specifications, maintaining inspection records for traceability, and identifying issues before products reach customers. They work closely with production teams to implement corrective actions and may also conduct receiving inspections on incoming materials from suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in AS9100-certified defense manufacturing.
