The Logistics Coordinator SkillBridge Training Program is a six-week program that is designed to provide transitioning service members with hands-on exposure to civilian logistics operations, including inventory management, receiving and distribution, documentation control, and coordination across warehouse, finance, and operations teams. Participants will build on existing skills in organization, recordkeeping, and basic accounting concepts such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and receiving, while gaining practical experience in logistics systems, process improvement, and cross-functional communication. The program emphasizes accuracy, accountability, and efficiency within a fast-paced supply chain or warehouse environment, preparing participants for a successful transition into a civilian logistics coordination role.

The program emphasizes accuracy, accountability, and efficiency within a fast-paced supply chain or warehouse environment, preparing participants for a successful transition into a civilian logistics coordination role.Specific job duties to include: request, track, and maintain purchase orders & purchase order changes as needed; inspect, document, track, and register project material and services arrivals with confirmation from the project team; support payment status troubleshooting and vendor communication; request, track, maintain, and consolidate vendor and supplier documentation as needed; work with site team to reconcile inventory and material discrepancies under the direction of the project manager; janitorial and office cleaning may be required on site per site basis.This program is ideal for service members with backgrounds in military supply, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, or financial administration—including those who have served in roles involving unit supply, material management, warehouse operations, or financial support functions across any branch of service.Anticipated April/May 2026 SkillBridge start. Full time opportunities are anticipated for May/June 2026. The training will take place at our project in Eloy, Arizona. Full time opportunities after the program will require relocating to projects in other locations. These are anticipated to be in Arkansas and/or Texas.SkillBridge participants are not employees of RES and are not eligible for RES wages, salary, or employee benefits.Some training assignments may require relocation to a project site for the duration of the program. To offset program related expenses associated with required travel/relocation, RES provides a per diem and phone stipend (as applicable). There is no direct cost to the Service Member to participate in this SkillBridge training opportunity.
