We are on a mission to accelerate the adoption of clean energy by delivering high-quality solar solutions to homeowners nationwide.We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Procurement & Inventory Manager to own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle — from vendor sourcing and purchase order management to inventory control and supply chain optimization. This role is critical to keeping our installation crews equipped and our operations running efficiently across all markets.

ABOUT THE JOB

Primary ResponsibilitiesManage the full procurement lifecycle including vendor sourcing, RFQ/RFP processes, purchase order creation, and order tracking through deliveryDevelop and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, lead times, and contract termsOversee inventory levels across all regional warehouses, ensuring adequate stock of solar panels, inverters, mounting hardware, and balance-of-system componentsImplement demand forecasting models to align purchasing with installation schedules and project pipelinesCollaborate with Operations, Sales, and Installation teams to anticipate material needs and prevent shortagesMonitor and report procurement KPIs including spend, cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory turnoverEnsure compliance with company purchasing policies, vendor agreements, and applicable regulationsMaintain accurate records in the ERP/inventory management systemLead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and drive cost efficienciesCoordinate with Finance on purchase approvals, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle including vendor sourcing, RFQ/RFP processes, purchase order creation, and order tracking through delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, lead times, and contract terms.
• Oversee inventory levels across all regional warehouses, ensuring adequate stock of solar panels, inverters, mounting hardware, and balance-of-system components.
• Implement demand forecasting models to align purchasing with installation schedules and project pipelines.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Installation teams to anticipate material needs and prevent shortages.
• Monitor and report procurement KPIs including spend, cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory turnover.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, vendor agreements, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP/inventory management system.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and drive cost efficiencies.
• Coordinate with Finance on purchase approvals, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with Excel or BI tools required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
