Association Reserves
We are looking to develop Project Managers into "Reserve Specialists" to serve in our thriving Reserve Study business. Reserve Studies helps homeowners' associations (HOAs) plan for the future and maintain their properties by evaluating the condition of an HOA's major systems and estimating the corresponding cost. The information in a Reserve Study helps HOAs decide how much money to set aside for predictable repairs and replacements.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Project Manager position is the heart of our business as it involves direct communication with clients, property site inspections, the crafting of funding plans, and the creation of Reserve Study reports. It is a training, grooming, and proving ground for independence & upward mobility in our growing business. As skills & capabilities grow, more challenging work will be assigned. A successful Project Manager will advance in capabilities over 3 years to qualify for a Reserve Specialist certification from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct communication with clients
- Property site inspections
- Crafting of funding plans
- Creation of Reserve Study reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a college degree
- Complete an Employment application
- Pass an Aptitude & Competency test related to computer literacy, mathematical competency, and communication skills
