This structure helps build foundational skills progressively while supporting real work at CyberNINES.Goal: Equip the intern with hands-on experience across core marketing functions including content creation, campaign coordination, digital tools, and marketing strategy related to cybersecurity and government compliance.Month 1: Content & Digital Marketing FoundationsFocus: Writing, SEO, Social Media, and Email Campaigns• Objective 1: Learn the fundamentals of cybersecurity and CMMC topics to create clear, engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, etc.) tailored to target audiences.• Objective 2: Assist with writing and scheduling LinkedIn posts and email newsletter content using HubSpot, maintaining brand voice and clarity.• Objective 3: Understand and apply SEO best practices to web and blog content; learn to track keyword performance and engagement metrics.• Objective 4: Get familiar with HubSpot's CMS and email marketing tools; support the creation of nurture email sequences and A/B testing.Month 2: Campaign Coordination & Marketing ToolsFocus: Event Support, PPC, HubSpot CRM, and Project Management• Objective 1: Support the planning and promotion of a webinar or industry event, including speaker coordination, email invites, and follow-up. Shadow marketing team members to learn internal review processes, vendor collaboration, and time management strategies.• Objective 2: Assist in executing and analyzing paid digital ads (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with guidance from the team.• Objective 3: Learn to manage and update the content calendar, ensuring content and campaign deadlines are met.
