As a Training and Development Specialist Apprentice, you will play a key role in designing, conducting, and evaluating training and development programs to improve individual skills and organizational performance. This position involves analyzing organizational training needs, identifying and contacting ideal target customers, and assisting in the development of business management, project management, training, and technical curriculum programs.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about workforce development, highly analytical, and eager to learn about business growth strategies. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured training, the apprentice will gain the expertise necessary to excel in training and workforce development, instructional design, business development, and sales outreach.
