ABOUT THE JOB
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. As an Internal Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by generating leads, communicating with clients, and assisting in the smooth operation of the sales process. QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Tennessee’s real estate market is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office tools is a bonus but not required.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.
