ABOUT THE JOB

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. As an Internal Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by generating leads, communicating with clients, and assisting in the smooth operation of the sales process. This is an office-based position where you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, managing inquiries, and helping drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.Client Engagement: Communicate with potential buyers and sellers to gather information, answer inquiries, and set appointments.Appointment Coordination: Schedule property showings, meetings with agents, and consultations to ensure a seamless client experience.Property Information: Provide clients with detailed information on available listings, including market trends, property features, and neighborhood specifics.Administrative Support: Assist in updating client databases, managing property listings, and processing documentation for sales transactions.Sales Support: Work closely with agents to ensure clients are connected to the right resources and that sales efforts are streamlined and efficient.Customer Service: Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with agents to ensure clients are connected to the right resources and that sales efforts are streamlined and efficient.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Tennessee’s real estate market is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office tools is a bonus but not required.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY
