Aflac is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Life & Health Insurance Agents.We offer comprehensive support to help you succeed from day one—including assistance with obtaining your life and health insurance license, a robust training program designed to build your confidence and skills, and ongoing mentorship from experienced industry professionals.
In this role, you will work directly with CEOs, business owners, and HR managers to identify and solve workplace challenges through tailored voluntary benefits and value-added services. You'll be responsible for generating new business through company-provided leads, marketing efforts, and your own network and referrals. The position involves delivering engaging sales presentations and managing benefit enrollments both onsite and remotely. Additionally, you will provide ongoing customer service and claims support to policyholders, while also participating in team meetings, product trainings, and mentorship sessions as guided by the Regional Manager.
GI Bill will need to be used in order to pay for IN Life & Health course, exam, and license application.
