Remote Sales Representative

ABOUT THE JOB

Responsibilities:Warm and Cold Calling:Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients, generating interest and identifying sales opportunities.Utilize warm calling techniques to nurture relationships with existing clients and uncover upsell or cross-sell opportunities.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach.Digital Sales Techniques:Leverage digital platforms, including social media and email, to enhance sales outreach.Implement digital marketing strategies to support lead generation and brand visibility.Stay informed about industry trends and digital tools to optimize sales efforts.Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.Analyze CRM data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the sales process.Product Knowledge:Stay well-informed about our products/services, understanding their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.Effectively communicate product value propositions to potential clients.Collaboration:Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing initiatives.Work closely with team members to share insights and best practices.
