This fellowship provides a transitioning service member with hands-on experience in high-stakes project management and industrial operations within the fusion energy sector. The intern will work alongside engineering and supply chain teams to synchronize complex development timelines, manage resource allocation, and ensure the timely delivery of fusion system components.
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex hardware projects.Perform Critical Path Analysis to identify and mitigate project bottlenecks.Coordinate between Engineering and Procurement to ensure mission alignment.
Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable learning or using advanced scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet) and have a high level of proficiency in Excel.
