Ability to successfully resolve issues but to also anticipate the needs of the company based on business challenges and future growth. Strong analytical skills, thorough knowledge of human resource practices and an awareness of federal, state, and local regulations/requirements. Can manage and execute human resource management functions will little or no supervision.

Requires a bachelors degree and a minimum of 8 years of human resources management or similar experience.
Program is offered 100% remote with greater than 50% synchronous training.
