Soldiers Angels - Job Training Program
The Programs Support Coordinator is responsible for administering and executing program initiatives for the military and veteran community in the designated location. This is a great opportunity for service members wanting to engage directly with service members and veterans and provide direct program support to the local community assigned.
ABOUT THE JOB
Working with the Area Director for the assigned local community, this position will:•Assist with program delivery to service members and veterans and their families.•Establish best practices for program delivery in the assigned community.•Evaluate current program delivery and determine the effectiveness of that delivery and make suggested edits, changes or deletions to the program.• Use the tools and technologies to aid in program delivering including Salesforce, AirTable and Campaign Monitor.• Develop outreach strategies and conduct outreach to units, bases, VA sites, community vet support agencies to make them aware of our programs and services.•Review volunteers assigned to program delivery and evaluate volunteer recruitment and retention strategies to aid in more efficient and effective program delivery.•Measure impact on program delivery including conducting client surveys, review collected data and survey key stakeholders.

This is an onsite position to ensure proper training and supervision can take place to ensure you receive the outcomes you hope to achieve with this opportunity. We do allow tele-commuting one day a week after we feel the intern has enough information about the role to work self-sufficiently from home on that day. This goal is usually achieved near the 30-day point. The work office location is located at: 15200 East Girard Avenue, Aurora, CO.
