Job Title: Full-Service RecruiterJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Full-Service Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role encompasses client acquisition, job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and submission, along with maintaining open and effective communication with clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition and Management• Identify and secure new clients through networking, cold calling, and relationship-building strategies.• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs, company culture, and job requirements.• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on search progress and candidate status.Job Posting and Marketing• Craft compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates and highlight client needs.• Post job opportunities on appropriate platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.• Use innovative marketing techniques to maximize job visibility and engagement with potential candidates.Candidate Sourcing• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including database searches, social media, referrals, and direct outreach, to identify top talent.• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future client needs.• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates meeting job requirements.Interviewing and Assessment• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.• Coordinate technical assessments or further evaluations as required by the client.• Provide detailed feedback to candidates and prepare them for client interviews.Candidate Submission and Client Communication• Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed profiles, including resumes, interview notes, and salary expectations.• Arrange and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.• Act as a liaison to facilitate post-interview feedback and next steps.• Negotiate job offers and finalize employment terms on behalf of clients and candidates.Relationship Building and Reporting• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to encourage repeat business and referrals.• Provide regular reports to clients on recruitment progress and market insights.• Stay informed about industry trends, labor market shifts, and competitive hiring practices.________________________________________Qualifications:• Strong sales or business development skills with a demonstrated ability to acquire new clients.• Proficient in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and job boards.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.________________________________________Benefits:• Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.• Opportunities for professional growth and development.• Collaborative and supportive work environment.Join our team and play a pivotal role in connecting exceptional talent with leading companies while building meaningful relationships along the way!
