Participants in this SkillBridge On-the-Job Training program will support Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) and transportation-related project teams in a supervised, training-focused capacity. Activities may include supporting field inspections, assisting with documentation and reporting, observing construction operations, participating in project meetings, and learning quality control, safety, and compliance processes related to civil and transportation infrastructure projects.Participants will work under the guidance of experienced professionals and receive mentorship throughout the program. This role is non-competitive and training-focused and is intended to support the professional development of transitioning service members by building transferable skills applicable to future civilian employment in engineering, construction management, inspection, or infrastructure consulting.
