ABOUT THE JOB

SkillBridge participants in the Ticket Sales role support structured sales campaigns and ticket distribution efforts for live events and promotional initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Assist in planning event timelines, budgets, and operational checklists.
• Utilize artificial intelligence planning tools to manage scheduling, vendor coordination, and guest tracking.
• Support venue research, contract coordination preparation, and logistics management.
• Coordinate with sponsorship, sales, marketing, graphics, and executive teams.
• Maintain event documentation, CRM records, and performance tracking dashboards.
• Support vendor communication and service confirmations.
• Assist with marketing promotion for events across digital and social platforms.
• Track attendance metrics, engagement data, and ROI indicators.
• Support post event reporting and performance evaluation processes.
