As the Horticulture Manager Fellow, you will be responsible for assisting with the successful operation of the department, guaranteeing customer service that meets or exceeds expectations. You will oversee daily administrative and operational tasks and oversee sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s).
Preferred qualifications include: supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills, communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with management, client, customer, and associate levels. Exhibiting initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership are required.
