ABOUT THE JOB

As the Horticulture Manager Fellow, you will be responsible for assisting with the successful operation of the department, guaranteeing customer service that meets or exceeds expectations. You will oversee daily administrative and operational tasks and oversee sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the overall management and operations of the facility.
• Ensure services offered to the customers are of superior quality.
• Assist with the successful operation of the department.
• Guarantee customer service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Oversee sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s).

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY

This opportunity is a fourteen to sixteen (14-16) week intensive program that combines e-instruction plus work experience in a supervised real-world environment. Partnered mentors, who will guide participants in skill development and workplace success, will supervise participants of the program.
