Administrative Support Assistant

This is an opportunity to work with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services which is a federal agency supporting National Wildlife Refuge areas within the Department of the Interior. Gain hands-on experience in federal administrative operations and natural resource program support.

ABOUT THE JOB

Support administrative operations within the refuge, assisting with procurement, cooperative agreements and contracts, budget tracking, record management, safety program support, government systems administration, clerical tasks, and limited biological field assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Support administrative operations within the refuge

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
• Valid driver's license

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY

The ideal candidate for this opportunity knows their way around most Microsoft programs and has the ability to type at least 40wpm.
