Precision ISR is seeking a Project/Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of advanced airborne and space intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with mission objectives. The Project/Program Manager will serve as the central point of coordination between technical teams, leadership, customers, and partners, driving program success in a dynamic defense environment.The Project/Program Manager will work within Precision ISR’s airborne and space systems group, a team dedicated to operationalizing cutting-edge ISR technologies for Department of Defense (DoD) missions. This group collaborates with original equipment manufacturers, systems integrators, and engineering leaders to adapt emerging technologies for defense applications. The Project/Program Manager ensures that program execution aligns with both customer requirements and organizational strategy, strengthening Precision ISR’s reputation as a trusted partner in the defense industry.
Key responsibilities include:*Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure successful program execution.*Serve as a liaison with customers, partners, and internal leadership, maintaining transparent communication and alignment of objectives.*Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring technical solutions are integrated into program deliverables.*Monitor program performance, track risks, and provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.*Support compliance with DoD acquisition standards, security requirements, and program management best practices.*Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and innovation across projects.
*Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).*3–8 years of experience in project/program management, preferably in defense, aerospace, or ISR domains.*Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, program lifecycle management, and airborne/space systems.*A commitment to national security and Precision ISR’s values.*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.*Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.*The ability to work independently and as part of a team in an unstructured environment*A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to challenges.*The ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
