Management of short-term rental business
Oversee contractors, workers, maintenance technicians, and groundskeeping. Negotiate cost spending with vendors. Coordinate of needed maintenance in order to meet safety standards, obtain quotes, communicate expectations to appropriate persons. Quality control. Ordering supplies and picking up material. Being 'on call' for emergencies and to attend to issues/complaints from guests. Report business items to owner.
Must have high ability to multitask and have leadership qualities. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be personable and knowledgeable of basic hand tools.
